    EFT Tapping Transformation sessions are facilitated in a way that meets you where you are at. We go at your pace and we work on what is important to you. I consider myself the navigator while you are the driver. I’m dedicated to providing you a space which is nurturing, safe and supportive which is important on your healing journey.

    The beauty of EFT Tapping is that you don’t need to share your upsetting or traumatic memories in order to gently get significant and often life changing results.

    When you work with me you will also learn simple ways to manage your own stress, anxiety, cravings and more. This is really empowering.

    If you are learning EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or already an EFT Practitioner, regular supervision is essential.

    Even after over a decade of being an EFT Practitioner, I still have supervision of my own.

    As practitioners, it’s really important to have a safe and supportive place for guidance and working with client challenges, our own triggers and for increased learning. Supervision supports you to be an ever better practitioner.
